1. Service Delivery
GrowDartz provides customized digital services based on the customer’s selected package and agreed scope.
After payment confirmation and receipt of the required information/access, we begin the project according to the agreed timeline.
2. Information Required From Customer
Depending on the service, customers may need to provide:
- Business name
- Business location
- Business description
- Services/products
- Logo and branding
- Photos/videos
- Website content
- Google Business Profile access
- Social media access
- Domain/hosting access
- Other information required for the project
3. Project Timeline
The timeline depends on the type and complexity of the service.
The estimated timeline will be communicated before or during project onboarding.
Delays caused by missing information, customer approvals, third-party platforms, or technical issues outside GrowDartz’s control may extend the delivery timeline.
4. Google Business Profile Services
Google Business Profile setup and optimization may include:
- Business category
- Business information
- Services
- Business description
- Photos
- Profile optimization
- Local SEO recommendations
- Review strategy
Google may require verification or additional information before changes become visible.
GrowDartz cannot control Google’s approval, verification, ranking, or publishing process.
5. Website Development
Website projects may include:
- Design
- Development
- Mobile responsiveness
- Basic SEO structure
- Contact forms
- Service/product pages
- Integrations included in the agreed package
The exact scope will depend on the selected package.
6. Social Media Management
Social media services depend on the package selected and may include:
- Content planning
- Graphic posts
- Captions
- Publishing
- Profile optimization
- Basic engagement support
The exact number of posts, platforms, and services will be communicated before the project begins.
7. Digital Marketing
Marketing services may include:
- Campaign strategy
- Audience research
- Ad setup
- Campaign management
- Basic optimization
- Performance monitoring
Advertising budgets are separate unless explicitly included.
8. Support Period
If a package includes ongoing support, the support period and included services will be communicated in the relevant offer or proposal.
Support does not automatically include unlimited new work, redesigns, new websites, additional campaigns, or services outside the agreed scope.
9. Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving materials provided by GrowDartz within a reasonable timeframe.
Failure to provide feedback may delay delivery.
