The exact services included in a project will depend on the package, proposal, quotation, or written agreement provided to the customer.
2. Service Scope
Before starting a project, GrowDartz may provide a proposal, quotation, package description, or written confirmation explaining the services included.
Only the services specifically included in the agreed scope are included in the project price.
Additional services or requests may require additional payment.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To complete a project efficiently, customers are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, including where applicable:
- Business information
- Logos and branding materials
- Images and videos
- Product/service information
- Website content
- Google Business Profile information
- Social media access
- Hosting/domain access
- Platform access
- Required approvals
Delays caused by missing information, late responses, inaccurate information, or lack of access may affect the project timeline.
4. Website Development
Website development timelines depend on:
- Project complexity
- Number of pages
- Content availability
- Customer feedback
- Required integrations
- Third-party services
A website may not be considered ready for final delivery until the customer has provided required content, approvals, and access.
5. Google Business Profile Services
GrowDartz may assist with setting up, optimizing, or improving a Google Business Profile.
Our services may include:
- Business information optimization
- Category selection
- Service setup
- Business description
- Photos
- Profile optimization
- Local SEO recommendations
- Review strategy
No Ranking Guarantee
GrowDartz does not guarantee first-page, top-three, top-ten, Google Maps, or any specific Google search ranking.
Google determines rankings using its own systems and algorithms, which can change at any time.
We also do not guarantee a specific number of:
- Calls
- Leads
- Website visitors
- Store visits
- Customers
- Sales
Our role is to improve your digital presence using professional optimization and marketing practices.
6. Customer Reviews
GrowDartz may provide guidance or strategies for collecting genuine customer reviews.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that reviews submitted for their business are genuine and comply with applicable platform policies.
GrowDartz does not encourage fake, purchased, misleading, or fabricated reviews.
7. Digital Marketing and Advertising
Digital marketing results can vary based on:
- Market demand
- Competition
- Budget
- Target audience
- Product/service quality
- Pricing
- Landing pages
- Advertising platform policies
- Seasonality
- Economic conditions
Therefore, GrowDartz does not guarantee a specific return on advertising spend, sales volume, lead volume, or profit.
Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are generally separate from GrowDartz service fees unless explicitly included in your agreement.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may depend on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Shopify, WordPress, hosting providers, domain providers, payment providers, or other software.
GrowDartz does not control these third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for:
- Platform outages
- Policy changes
- Account suspensions
- Algorithm changes
- API changes
- Platform restrictions
- Third-party fees
- Loss of access caused by third-party actions
9. Payment Terms
Customers must pay according to the payment terms agreed before the project begins.
For installment plans, each installment must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
GrowDartz may pause work or withhold delivery of unfinished work if a payment becomes overdue.
10. Project Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope may be included.
Requests that substantially change the original scope, design direction, functionality, or requirements may incur additional charges.
11. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the customer receives the rights to the final deliverables specifically created for the customer, subject to any third-party licenses.
GrowDartz retains ownership of:
- Internal processes
- Reusable systems
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Code libraries
- General design techniques
- Internal strategies
- Tools and methodologies
Third-party software, plugins, themes, stock images, fonts, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
12. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GrowDartz may display completed websites, designs, or other publicly available work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
If a customer requires confidentiality or does not want their project displayed, they may request this in writing.
13. Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before work begins.
Once significant work has started, cancellation and refunds will be subject to the Refund Policy.
14. Suspension or Termination
GrowDartz may suspend or terminate services if a customer:
- Fails to make required payments
- Provides fraudulent information
- Requests illegal or harmful activities
- Abuses staff
- Violates third-party platform policies
- Uses the service for unlawful purposes
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GrowDartz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability relating to a specific service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that service, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
16. No Guaranteed Business Results
Our services are intended to improve your digital presence and marketing capabilities.
However, business results depend on many factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that our services will produce a specific level of revenue, profit, leads, customers, rankings, or sales.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
